Accuracy: We promise 90% accuracy rate. If you run across an accuracy level lower than 90%, you can simply send us the report showing the inaccuracy rate. We will then provide free data credits until our 90% accuracy promise is met.

For example: if the hard-bounce rate appears to be 20%, meaning the accuracy level is 80%, we will provide free credits for 10% more data. We just want you to get what you paid for.
