2. Service Description

Streamline IT Services provides business intelligence through data cleansing, appending, and curated database records. All services are provided "as is" and are subject to availability.

3. Data Use and Compliance

• Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and regional privacy laws.
• Data provided is strictly for internal business use and cannot be resold or redistributed without permission.

4. Accuracy and Verification

While we use multi-level validation and QA processes, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to constantly changing business data.

5. Security and Processing

All operations are performed in secure, isolated environments using AES-256 encryption for both transit and storage.

6. Payment and Refunds

Pricing is based on our Premium Pricing Calculator or custom quotes. Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final once delivered unless specified in an agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, software, and proprietary enrichment processes remain the exclusive property of Streamline IT Services.
